Abstract
A 13-boson system has been qualitatively studied based on symmetry consider ation. The rotational excitation of the ground state is found to be greatly hindered. The geometric feature and some specific modes of internal oscill ation of low-lying states have been predicted. An idea for the classificati on of states has been proposed. A number of rotation bands have been sugges ted.
