Abstract
We describe an unusual presentation of Enterobius vermicularis infestation. Computed tomography showed walt thickening in the distal ileum and cecum, with fat stranding, ascites and mesenteric adenopathy. Fluoroscopic examina tion confirmed distal ileal transverse fold thickening. Isolation of Entero bius vermicularis in stool and biopsy confirmed the diagnosis. Enterobius s hould be included among the causes of eosinophilic ileocolitis.
