Abstract
Injuries to the major pulmonary vessels are uncommon and are extremely diff icult to manage. We report a case of an isolated pulmonary vein injury foll owing a road traffic accident that was repaired successfully. (C) 2000 by T he Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
