Abstract
A 30-year-old nonsmoking man underwent a left lower lobectomy with bronchop lasty for an obstructing lesion of the left lower lobe. Pathology results d emonstrated a psammomatous melanotic schwannoma, a rare pigmented neural tu mor of which only 25 cases have been reported as originating in the respira tory tract.
