Abstract
Indinavir concentrations were determined in plasma and saliva over a random period of 4 h. On average, levels in saliva were 70% +/- 38% of the corres ponding levels in plasma. These findings suggest that saliva might serve as an appropriate specimen for monitoring of plasma indinavir levels in patie nts treated with indinavir.
