Abstract
A series of cinnamaldehydes was synthesized for the study of inhibitory act ivity against cyclin dependent kinases (CDKs). A couple of compounds select ively inhibited cyclin D1-CDK4 with an IC50 value of 7-18 mu M. (C) 2000 El sevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
