Studies of alpha-thiocarbonyl phosphonic acid derivative quinazolone analogues containing phosphorus

A series of N-substituted 1-methoxycarbonylmethyl-3-substituted-2, 4-dioxo- 1, 3, 2-benzodiazaphosphorin-2-carboxamides (2a-2q) have been designed and synthesized by two methods, and their structures were confirmed by elementa l analysis, NMR, IR and MS. On the basis of X-ray diffraction analysis, we discussed stereochemistry of the title compounds, and studied their H-1 NMR magnetic nonequivalent phenomenon which agrees with the results of X-ray a nalysis. The preliminary bioassay shows that some of the title compounds ha ve a good plant hormone activity.
