Abstract
The creation of environmentally and economically efficient products has bee n a major direction of scientific and practical developments in recent year s [1-6]. Domestic and foreign experience shows that such products include r eagents containing two or more ingredients which enter into physiochemical reactions and have the required operating characteristics in low concentrat ions [2 - 7].
