Abstract
The properties, structure and performance of a Solar Radio Dynamic Spectrom eter working at 2.6-3.8 GHz developed by Beijing Astronomical Observatory, Purple Mountain Observatory and Nanjing University is described, Some resul ts of initial observation are presented.
