Abstract
We give a criterion for equiasymptotic stability in the whole of a class of holomorphic semigroup systems with nonlinear boundary feedback, under a fr equency domain condition. The Lyapunov function for the closed loop is obta ined via an arbitrary solution to the dissipation inequality arising in qua dratic regulator problems with indefinite cost functional.
