Abstract
A preterm baby born with scaly skin who later developed recurrent infection
s and was subsequently diagnosed to have Omenn syndrome is presented.
Conclusion Any baby with ichthyotic skin and recurrent infections should ha
ve immunodeficiency considered in the differential diagnosis.
