Abstract
New mixed-valence fluorotin alkoxides; (SnSnF2)-Sn-II-F-IV(OR)(4) 1 (R = te tt-butyl, tert-amyl) were synthesized and characterized by multinuclear NMR and Mossbauer spectroscopies. The two tin sites are bridged via three mu(2 )(OR) groups. Adducts 1 yielded nanocrystalline conductive F-doped SnO2 pow ders by the sol-gel process. [GRAPHICS]
