Abstract
Reactions of HC[Me2SiN(Li)Bu-t](3) with BiCl3 and SbCl3 yield the chelating triamide complexes Bi[N(Bu-t)SiMe2](3)CH and Sb[N(Bu-t)SiMe2](3)CH, respec tively. The complexes were characterized by mass spectrometry, NMR spectros copy, and X-ray crystallography.
