Abstract
A comprehensive study of read methods and program for multilevel storage on a source-side-injection (SSI) Flash memory is reported. A methodology of e valuating and optimizing read method and multilevel program is demonstrated . This has been successfully applied to the development of a multilevel ana log memory for voice recording applications and is suitable for the develop ment of multilevel-based high-density digital Flash memory.
