Abstract
In this paper, a model of a game in a two-level dynamical system under unce rtainty is constructed. In such a game, the suggested Nash-Slater solution is unimprovable. If the players are assumed to be friendly with each other, the construction of the total payoff guarantees that the solution is a Par eto one. For the linear-quadratic version of the game, sufficient optimalit y conditions are obtained for the problems of constructing the individual a nd the total payoff.
