Synthesis of optimal four-dimensional flight plans in the framework of thefree flight concept

The pecularities of the statement and solution of the problem of optimally planning routes and regimes of flight are discussed in the framework of the free flight concept. The optimization problem, which unifies various air n avigation scenarios being realized by a pilot during a flight through the s election of flight regimes and the flight path, is stated and solved. The u nified algorithms for the flight plan optimization are constructed. The eff iciency of the algorithms is supported by the simulation results.
