Abstract
Crosslinking of carboxilated nitrile rubber (XNBR) with zinc peroxide give rise to the formation of the ionic elastomers, Tensile and dynamic properti es of these materials are studied as a function of storage time and the lev el in crosslinking agent. Changes in mechano-dynamic properties are explain ed in terms of phase separation.
