Abstract
Sn4P3 nanorods 20 X 400 nm were successfully synthesized through a solvothe rmal process based on a metathesis reaction between SnCl2 and Na3P at 120-1 40 degrees C, using ethylenediamine as the solvent and template. (C) 2000 E lsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
