Abstract
Influence of calcination conditions of the NH4ReO4/Al2O3-SiO2 system on the activity of olefins methathesis catalyst has been presented. The system wa s calcinated for 2,6 and 16 hours at temperature ranging from 100 degrees C to 800 degrees C. Produced catalysts was used (after activation with tetra ethyl lead (C2H5)(4)Pb) to the metathesis of hexene-1 and methyl erukate. A t low temperatures the calcination was carried out longer to obtain relevan t number of active centers. Catalysts obtained at 300 divided by 500 degree s C were the most active in the hexene metathesis reaction and those produc ed at 400 divided by 600 degrees C were the best for the metathesis of meth yl erukate.
