Abstract
To determine the value of contrast material-enhanced three-dimensional turb o magnetic resonance (MR) angiography compared with conventional cut-film o r digital subtraction angiography for evaluating arterial stenosis in the a bdomen, pelvis, and extremities. For detection of significant stenosis, MR angiography had 91% sensitivity and 89% specificity. This technique is high ly sensitive in lesion detection, but stenosis tended to be overestimated.
