Abstract
Synthesis, spectral investigation, and X-ray diffraction study of the (Cl3C 2N2S2)(+)(UCl6)(-) and [UCl2(OPCl3)(6)](2+)(UCl6)(2)(-) complexes were cond ucted. Two types of uranium coordination polyhedra were found in the comple xes studied: an octahedron (six chlorine atoms in the coordination sphere) and a two-cap trigonal prism (six oxygen atoms of OPCl3 groups at the prism vertices and two chlorine atoms centering the tetragonal faces).
