Abstract
The process of spontaneous interfacial convection in the acetic acid-heptan e-water system was studied by correlation spectroscopy. The molecular-kinet ic characteristics of the system and the intensity and duration of the mass transfer process were examined. The diffusion coefficient and viscosity fo r the process of interfacial convection and for the stationary regime were determined.
