Abstract
A regio- and enantioselective siloxybutylation at the more hindered alpha-s ite of unsymmetrical dialkyl ketones was achieved to give a quarternary car bon center by the combined use of the chiral aluminum trisnaphthoxide (R)-A TBN and a base.
