Abstract
A variant of thin-layer optically sensitive material for holographic applic ations, based on a bichromated gelatin with glycerol and Methylene Blue dye additives, is suggested. The material is sensitive in the red spectral ran ge, possesses the property of self-development, and provides for the possib ility of the real-time reconstruction of holographic images. The bichromate d gelatin is prepared using potassium bichromate. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Inte rperiodica".
