Abstract
A numerical model of a single-electron metal transistor is proposed based o n a solution of the Poisson equation. The model provides a good agreement w ith experimental data on the current-voltage characteristics obtained at no nzero temperatures in the ambient medium. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodi ca".
