Study on the fluorescence properties, the application in plant metabolism a
nd distribution and localization of Eu(III)-TTA system has been undertaken.
The presence of alcohol solvent and 4,7-diphenyl-2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenant
hroline can yield high sensitivity. The measuring conditions have been impr
oved and used satisfactorily in analyzing the content of Eu(III) which was
absorbed by wheat (triticum. aestivum L) root and leave cells. An optimal m
ethod has been developed for the study of plant metabolism.
