Abstract
The authors report a new case of isolated spontaneous nephrocutaneous fistu la revealed by a persisting draining sinus in the left groin. Their present causative factors are identified. The computed tomography and magnetic res onance imaging actually may resolve the diagnostic dilemma and are helpful in the surgical treatment.
