Dj. Pinner et al., Use of multiple electrical pulses to study charge transport in polymer light-emitting diodes, APPL PHYS L, 77(10), 2000, pp. 1493-1495
The method of applying two consecutive voltage pulses is presented as a met
hod to study the dynamics of injected charges in the "off-state," i.e., aft
er the removal of the applied voltage pulse. Pulses of different widths are
used to selectively probe the dynamics of holes and electrons. The use of
multiple (> 2) pulses is also described as an additional carrier monitoring
technique. (C) 2000 American Institute of Physics. [S0003-6951(00)05536-4]
