Abstract
The relative fire safety of selected fiberglass-resin composite pipes is reported. Smoke density and selected toxic (CO, CO2, and HCN) emiss ions are characterized under similar burning conditions. These experim ents provide, for the first time, a database of the relative smoke den sity and toxic products of combustion for various composite pipe resin s. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Limited.
