Abstract
The potential benefit of allergen immunotherapy is largely predetermined by the appropriate selection of constituent allergens. Appropriate vaccine fo rmulation is dependent on knowledge of patient's outdoor and indoor aeroall ergen exposure and allergic sensitivity. This article addresses the geograp hic distribution of outdoor and indoor aeroallergen sources and sting Hymen optera. Cross-reactivity data are summarized to facilitate vaccine formulat ion.
