Abstract
Using the open photoacoustic cell technique, a set of physical properties f or a semiconductor (n-RuSe2) in powder form was measured. According to the Dramicanin theoretical model, charge carriers transport parameters (bulk an d surface) and the effective thermal diffusivity were obtained. (C) 2000 Am erican Institute of Physics.
