Abstract
A method for the numerical solution of the three-dimensional Poisson equati on and calculation of the intensity of space-charge field is proposed. Simu lation of processes in a magnetron oscillator demonstrated that the obtaine d relations provide a mathematical description of space-charge behavior in a device that adequately complies to fundamental physical notions.
