Abstract
The case of a 65-year-old man who developed a coronary artery aneurysm at the site of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) in the proximal right coronary artery (RCA) is described. The coronary artery aneurysm was resected and a coronary artery bypass to the dist al RCA was grafted to avert thromboembolism.
