The case of a 65-year-old man who developed a coronary artery aneurysm
at the site of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA)
in the proximal right coronary artery (RCA) is described. The coronary
artery aneurysm was resected and a coronary artery bypass to the dist
al RCA was grafted to avert thromboembolism.
