Abstract
CONGO-control of new greenfield organisation-is an office support system th at was designed to support the newSite organisation, a new division that wa s launched by BT, to improve performance when supplying access network infr astructure to new residential and business developments. It also demonstrat ed a new approach from Bi, by allowing the users, who are fully in touch wi th the practical requirements, to design and build a quality system that is focused on meeting those needs.
