Abstract
The role of electron correlations in the ground state of the Ne atom in the determination of the absolute values and shape of its form factor is studi ed. It is found that the correlation effects change the Hartree-Fock values of the atomic form factor within the range from -0.15 to +0.15%. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
