Abstract
A 13-year-old boy who suffered from Kawasaki disease at the age of 2 months underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary rotational ablation for coron ary stenosis. After this procedure, coronary spasm occurred and he experien ced acute myocardial infarction within 10 days. Total occlusion of the LAD was demonstrated by coronary angiography. Coronary spasm after such a proce dure is one of the most dangerous complications causing acute myocardial in farction.
