We examine constraints on a model with pure right-handed third generation c
harged couplings. The parameters of the right-handed mixing matrix and the
right-handed coupling strength are constrained from semileptonic B decays,
the mass difference of neutral mesons, the CP violating observables epsilon
and epsilon'/epsilon, and the electric dipole moment of the neutron. We fi
nd the model to be tightly constrained by these parameters with several fin
e-tuning conditions on the phases in the right-handed mixing matrix. There
is also a necessarily non-zero value of the W-L-W-R mixing parameter, zeta(
g). CP asymmetry phases in neutral B decays are discussed.
