Abstract
In the spectral range from 113-300 nm laboratory tests and calibration of t he EUV radiometer were made by means of a deuterium lamp with a MgF2 window . An open secondary electron multiplier was used as a detector in combinati on with filters of LiF, CaF2, and SiO2. The results of the measurements wit h inclusion of the quantum yields of the secondary electron multiplier are presented. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
