Abstract
Structural transformations upon heating to 450 degrees C were studied in sp ecimens of the nanocrystalline alloys TiH0.4 and TiH0.7 produced by heavy s hear deformation under a pressure of 8 GPa. Based on the results of X-ray d iffraction measurements in a temperature range of 20-450 degrees C and the electron microscopy, the disperse structure of titanium alloyed with hydrog en was found to be characterized by a higher thermal stability in compariso n with a similar structure of hydrogen-free titanium.
