Electrical resistivity and heat conductivity of the LuInCu4 semimetal have
been studied in the 4.2-300-K range. For T greater than or similar to 100 K
, the bipolar heat-conductivity component (kappa(bip)) was found to contrib
ute. Data on kappa(bip) have been used to estimate the electron and hole su
bband-overlap energy (Eg) as similar to 0.1 eV. (C) 2000 MAIK "Nauka/Interp
