Abstract
Sixty-one consecutive patients with locally advanced inoperable non-small-c ell lung cancer were treated with chemoradiation with 60 Gy and concomitant daily low-dose cisplatin (6 mg/m(2)) in a single uninterrupted course. Tox icity was mild, 80% of patients were treated as outpatients. The median sur vival of 70 weeks compares favorably to the literature. (C) 2000 Elsevier S cience Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
