Abstract
The fact of interaction of ruthenium nitrite complexes with copper(II) and nickel(II) salts in aqueous solutions was established by NMR, EPR, and elec tronic spectroscopy. The formation of heterometal complexes was assumed. Th is accounts for the fact that ruthenium is accompanied by these metals duri ng refinement according to the nitrite technology.
