Abstract
Carbon nitride nanocrystals were prepared using a pulsed laser induced liqu id-solid interfacial reaction and transmission electron microscopy, while h igh resolution electron microscopy characterized their morphology and struc ture. It is important that the cubic-C3N4 phase was observed. The formation mechanism of the carbon nitride nanocrystals is also discussed.
