Abstract
This article describes the papers presented in the workshop that cover the monitoring of stress and perceptual-motor performance. Monitoring is necess ary for early detection and intervention of individual and group stress, es pecially on long-term missions. Test batteries will need to be developed th at provide diagnostic information about the cause of deficits so that count ermeasures can be applied.
