Abstract
To increase the rate of materials discovery and optimization, different str ategies and technologies for the combinatorial synthesis and evaluation of functional materials have been developed. In this article, the use of combi natorial techniques as a method for the high-speed chemical synthesis and h igh-throughput screening of new inorganic and organic catalysts is surveyed .
