Abstract
This report describes the first case of simultaneous transcatheter closure of an atrial septal defect and radiofrequency ablation of an accessory conn ection. This was performed successfully on an 8-year-old boy and represents an attractive therapeutic alternative to surgical repair in this combinati on of relatively common cardiac conditions. Cathet.
