Abstract
Fanconi's anaemia is a severe refractory anaemia, associated with congenita l malformations in approximately two-thirds of cases. Although these malfor mations may involve every organ system, suggestive dysmorphic features incl ude growth retardation, radial ray deformities and urinary malformations. T hese malformations are not specific for Fanconi's anaemia, but should be re cognized during pregnancy, or later in childhood, and suggest the possibili ty of inherited haematopoiesis disorders, de Kerviler, E. et al.
