Abstract
It is shown that in general the Kustaanheimo-Stiefel transformation (r eduction of 4-D oscillator on the twistor space by the Hamiltonian act ion of U(1) with further time-reparametrization) leads to the integrab le system, describing the motion of a spinless electrically charged pa rticle in the dyon field.
