A dramatic case of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) on both palms in a 70-year
-old is presented. The lesion appeared on the palms simultaneously and no c
ausal factors were found. During his work, he came into contact with liquid
acid from car batteries. The diagnosis of SCC on both palms was confirmed
histologically. Because of its unfavorable progress, a new surgical stage w
as performed to excise a left metastatic axillary tumor involving the brach
ial plexus.
