Abstract
Oligosaccharide mixtures released from ribonuclease B and human IgG have be en separated using micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography operate d at 100 kV; The resolution of these closely related analytes at this high voltage was found to be superior to that obtained at 20 kV, a voltage which is ordinarily used in most capillary electrophoresis separations.
